CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATION

But your reservation is reservation ONLY BY E-MAIL.

In your e-mail please give me information:
1. you full name
2. dates of booking
3. time of your arrival and departure
4. way of your payment by check or by bank transfer
5. your agreement with conditions of booking

About the payment
You can make it by bank transfer or by check.
All details about payment by check or by bank transfer will be sent by E-mail, after when I'll receive information about your booking.
The payment of 50% has to be sent at least one week before your arrival. You may pay other 50% in the day of departure.

Reservation is valid once when I'll receive your payment (or conformation about you sent payment) and not before. Otherwise the apartment remains free for other reservations.

If you decide to cancel your booking please confirm me about by e-mail. I'll send back your payment immediately (by bank transfer or check) if you confirm cancelation of your booking before 1 month. If you cancel your booking 29 days before of your booked date or latter, I'll be compelled to keep 50% of your prepayment.

Security deposit of 200 euros should be given in day of arrival. Security deposit will be returned with the collection of the keys in day of departure. If there is any damage, the security deposit will be released after a period of 1 month after deducting the amount to cover damages, broken objects.
